Privacy Policy

ListLift (“we,” “us”) generates search-optimized marketplace listings. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We keep data collection to the minimum the product needs.

What we collect

• Your email address — when you sign in (we use passwordless magic-link sign-in), so we can create your account and send login links.
• The product text and photos you submit — the rough descriptions, listings, and optional images you paste in, which we send to our AI provider to generate or audit a listing. When you are signed in, your generated listings are saved to your private history so you can revisit them; you can delete them at any time. Anonymous trial generations are not saved.
• Usage metadata — counts of generations/audits, token totals, timestamps, marketplace, and coarse rate-limit signals (e.g. IP for abuse prevention). We use this to run the service, keep it reliable, and protect against abuse.
• Billing information — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We store only your Stripe customer/subscription identifiers and plan status.

How we use it

• To provide the service — generate, audit, and save your listings.
• To operate your account and process subscriptions.
• To prevent abuse and keep usage within fair limits.
• To send you essential account email (e.g. login links, billing).

Who processes your data (subprocessors)

We share data only with the services needed to run ListLift:

• Anthropic — runs the AI model that generates and audits your listings (it processes the text/photo you submit for that request).
• Stripe — payments and subscription management.
• Resend — sends transactional email (login links).
• Supabase & Vercel — database hosting and application hosting.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't build a public catalog from your listings or share your products with other sellers.
• We don't use your submitted listings to advertise to others.

Cookies

We use a small number of functional cookies: a sign-in session cookie and a signed cookie that tracks your free anonymous trial usage. We don't use third-party advertising cookies on the app itself.

Data retention & your choices

• Delete any saved listing yourself from your History page.
• Cancel your subscription anytime from the billing portal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• To access or delete your account and associated data, email us at support@getlistlift.com and we'll take care of it.
