Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ListLift (“the service”). By using ListLift, you agree to them. Please read them — they're written to be plain.

The service

ListLift generates and audits search-optimized marketplace listings (titles, tags, descriptions, alt text, and related content) from text and optional photos you provide. Output is generated by an AI model and is a starting point — you are responsible for reviewing it before you publish it to any marketplace and for following each marketplace's own rules.

Your account

You sign in with your email via a magic link. You're responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Subscriptions & billing

• Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe. Each plan includes a set number of generations per month and a set of features.
• Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel or change plans anytime from the billing portal; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• Monthly usage allowances reset at the start of each calendar month and don't roll over. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• The free plan is provided as-is and its limits may change over time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you don't have the right to use.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or the metering and billing system, or access the service in an automated/abusive way beyond normal product use.
• Resell or redistribute the service itself as your own, or use it to build a competing generation service.
• Interfere with, probe, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.

Your content

You keep ownership of the product information you submit and of the listings you generate. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process your request and provide the service (including sending it to our AI provider to generate output, and saving your signed-in generations to your private history). Availability & changes

We aim to keep ListLift available and accurate, but the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AI output may contain errors and may not guarantee any particular search ranking or sales result. We may add, change, or remove features, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ListLift is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost sales arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
